Ingredients & supplies
Ingredients are billed separately. We give you a quote, purchase the ingredients en route to you, and hand you the receipt on arrival. Anything left over is yours to keep.
Kitchen
We need power, a sink, fridge, and a clean working space to work from.
Travel area
Local Gulf Coast bookings are covered; longer distances may add a travel fee, which we'll quote before you confirm.
Timing & access
Let us know your event start time and how long you'd like us on site. We'll arrive early to set up.
